DONATIONS AND REFUNDS
FASL is registered as a not for profit in India and has relevant income tax clearance under section 12A. Due to our status as a not for profit, we are unable to process refunds of donations. Govt regulations require us to collect, retain, and report donation details that may include information such as, but not limited to: a) Donor name, b) Donation amount, c) Contact details, d) Credit card or debit card details, e) Bank details. To the extent possible, all effort shall be made to use this information only for statutory purposes. Donors must note that FASL may be required to make public declarations of donations.
Redressal Mechanism: Any complaints, abuse or concerns with regards to content and or comment or breach of these terms shall be immediately informed to the designated Grievance Officer as mentioned
below via in writing or through email signed with the electronic signature to web AT fasl.org.in.
